Design Intent:

Many executives are requesting smaller spaces to allow more real estate to the rest of the company, and not devoting a large footprint to a space that often is unoccupied. This space does a lot in a small footprint: a place for rest, storage for essential files and personal items, and a height adjustable desk for increased wellbeing.
