Steelcase Inc. (NYSE:SCS), a global manufacturer of office environments, today announced that it has acquired Softcare Innovations Inc, a privately-held manufacturer of healthcare furnishings, with headquarters in Waterloo, Ontario. Steelcase also acquired Softcare’s sister company in Waterloo, DJRT Manufacturing Inc.
