Understanding the unique needs and behaviors of individuals is important to a human-centered design approach in Life Sciences. Given the unique and complex demands of scientific processes and the variable hours that may be required, providing places for solitude and focus are indispensable. Small-scale private offices can be repeated across the floor plan to support the needs of all employees with a particular focus on comfort, ergonomics, and reducing physical strain to promote overall wellbeing, inclusivity, and to enhance long-term health.
