Perpetuating the skills of artisan craftsmen in Northern India, Beat’s origin is a re-purposed water vessel; hand-raised, welded, beaten and skimmed into functional silhouettes for the refraction of golden light.

Bash is one of our most appropriately named products – beaten, banged and bashed from large sheets of annealed brass. Each piece is hand-made and therefore will have a unique personality.

The journey began in 2017 with a collection of Snowsound sound absorbing panels that have become “canvases” on which are reproduced a series of drawings by Gillo Dorfles, painter, art critic, theorist, historian, considered one of the greatest art scholars in the world. It continued in 2018 with works by Gio Ponti, one of the masters of Italian and international design and architecture, and in 2019 with Sezgin Aksu, designer and artist. For this dual value, Asku was involved in the Snowsound Art project, for which he created a series of works to be reproduced on the panels of the Giotto Collection he designed.

The Flat is a sound-absorbing panel characterized by the perfectly planar front surface. The divider is made up of 12 FLAT panels set against each other and supported by a chromed tubular steel structure mounted on a painted metal base. The panels can be tilted and rotated.
