Spaces that Evolve with Innovation
The University of Glasgow’s goal was to create a collaborative and innovative research environment that supports interdisciplinary work and adapts to evolving needs. The project aimed to create a dynamic environment where researchers from various fields could naturally interact and share ideas. The design process involved extensive workshops to understand the diverse needs of different research teams, ensuring that the spaces were flexible and adaptable to support both in-person and hybrid work models.
The ARC now serves as a hub for research, enabling efficient use of space and resources while promoting sustainability. The flexible design allows for the reconfiguration of spaces to meet the evolving needs of researchers, facilitating a more collaborative and innovative culture.
