Enclosed Team Spaces

This hybrid space flips the traditional conference room configuration from portrait to landscape. The curved Ocular™ table faces the long wall to leverage the Microsoft Teams® Front Row experience, allowing in-person and remote participants to be eye-to-eye. People can easily join the meeting with the Logitech Tap Touch Controller while the Rally Bar Mini below the ultra wide display supports eye to eye contact.

This informal hybrid collaboration setting encourages open dialogue and comfortable conversations with both virtual and in-person participants. A comfortable lounge and table combination supports easy power access, modesty on camera, and seats people closer to the center of the space for a better on camera experience.

This executive hybrid meeting space has plenty of room for five in-room participants to connect with remote colleagues. Soft surfaces are used to dampen sound and a soft, cool-colored, tone-on-tone pattern is an appealing backdrop for on camera-participants. Acoustic tiles help reduce echo in the space to enhance the remote sound experience. Entry to the room is off-camera to minimize distractions.

An Orangebox Air3 pod gives people visual (film on glass) and acoustic privacy for video calls. Users can adjust the height of the Mackinac desk for their personal preferences and adjust the louvers on the pod for more air flow or more acoustical privacy. Pods allows facilities to install and move to a new location as needed.

A shared private office framed by Everwall with a Bolia Graceful desk and adjustable, ergonomic Steelcase Karman chair for heads-down task work. An integrated Monitor Arm with Flex Dock allows people to easily connect on video calls. The Moooi Nut Lounge provides the option for a casual posture if desired. Another enclosed option is equipped with an Ology Walkstation that allows people to actively rejuvenate while checking emails or taking a quick video call. Soft materials, quirky accents, and views to nature make this space a destination as work shifts throughout the day.
Group Open Spaces

This open collaboration space equipped with a Microsoft Surface Hub, multiple displays and cameras provides an equitable and engaging space to brainstorm and collaborate with in-person and remote participants. The Roam cart allows remote teammates to be moved around based on where the work is happening in the space – to view markerboards or other participants who are presenting.

This open plan meeting space utilizes Active Frames and screens as a boundary to create visual and acoustic privacy for video collaboration, while providing adjacent areas with storage for personal items or team tools. The space is optimized with media:scape for informative or evaluative collaboration sessions and allows for three people to connect with remote colleagues.

The freestanding Privacy Wrap includes soft, integrated ambient lighting which supports on-camera meetings.
