Enhancing Pediatric Telehealth with Immersive, Extended Reality Pods
The use of pediatric telehealth technology has transformed access to healthcare services for both patients and families, particularly those in rural areas. The emergence of immersive technologies has further opened opportunities for hospitals to improve current telehealth experiences. To this end, Children’s Nebraska has been exploring the use of immersive, extended reality pods to provide an enhanced patient experience.
