The Better Is Possible Design Challenge is an annual one-day interactive workshop, where we bring together our Better Futures Community to tackle a pressing social issue, in an interactive and creative way.

The theme of this year’s event is about Belonging. On Friday, October 25, we’ll be gathering to imagine bold and creative ideas for the following challenge:

How might we foster a sense of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued in the workplace and the world?

The event encourages interdisciplinary and diverse backgrounds to come together to work collaboratively on this challenge, using design thinking. You do not need prior preparation or knowledge of design thinking to participate in this event, but rather an open mindset and willingness to collaborate with others.
