Together with her team in Europe, Lisa Glassner participates in Steelcase’s major research projects about the way work is changing. We aim to inform you about key behavioral implications that are related to the changing work environment.

Lisa has an international background, working with global companies such as L’Oréal and Starbucks. Her expertise lies with shaping people’s behavior and enhancing leadership capabilities. Prior to her current role, Lisa led the Learning & Development group for Steelcase in Europe. Her thorough knowledge of the learning function helps her to identify key insights for changes in behavior, while translating them into tangible requirements for the work environment.
