Business Inclusion Groups

We’re proud to invest in employee-led groups that play a critical role in fostering a culture of inclusion. Our employee resource groups, which we call Business Inclusion Groups (BIGs), are open to all employees. Employees offer their time and energy to these efforts, taking concrete actions to drive progress at Steelcase.
