In a hyflex classroom, chairs and desks can be easily arranged to accommodate physical distancing and a mix of active learning modes. Remote students have “presence” through the wall displays. Ceiling mounted microphones support the acoustical needs of the instructor and students. Transparent screens provide additional safety barriers.
