Design Intent:

A Flexible Seating Classroom in grades 6-12 prioritizes student choice of where and when they do their work and gives them a sense of freedom from the restrictions of the traditional desk-and-chair set up. This concept fosters trust, responsibility and time management, increasing student motivation and engagement.
