Short-Term help supports technicians as they assist guests with quick issues in a casual environment, with large monitors available for digital information sharing. For longer-duration issues that require more personal attention, technicians and guests can shift to a more enclosed, private environment with digital surfaces for content-sharing, a place to hang a bag, access to power, and comfortable seating. Finally, a private focus space provides technicians a place for long-duration work with owned, personal workstations and plenty of lockable storage for back-log projects, vending inventory, and temporary loaner products.
