Nous voulions savoir pourquoi ils quittent leur bureau et quels types d\u2019espaces ils recherchent. Suffitil d\u2019ajouter des canap\u00e9s et un bar pour leur offrir l\u2019espace de travail qui leur convient?<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019av\u00e8re que la monotonie est un \u00e9norme facteur de d\u00e9motivation\u2014 un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (51 %) disent avoir besoin de s\u2019\u00e9vader de leur environnement pendant leur journ\u00e9e de travail, qu\u2019elles soient seules ou avec d\u2019autres. Les Millennials sont plus susceptibles d\u2019utiliser les espaces de restauration pour travailler, alors que les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations plus \u00e2g\u00e9es les pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent pour la collaboration et la socialisation.<\/p>\n<p>Les salons sont utilis\u00e9s par les Millennials comme des espaces intimes tandis que les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations plus \u00e2g\u00e9es les occupent \u00e0 des fins de socialisation. Les Millennials sont \u00e9galement plus susceptibles d\u2019utiliser plusieurs espaces informels et de moduler leur mobilier, alors que leurs a\u00een\u00e9s ont tendance \u00e0 choisir leurs endroits pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s et \u00e0 ne toucher \u00e0 rien.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-9833 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/steelcase-res.cloudinary.com\/image\/upload\/c_limit,dpr_auto,q_70,h_1024,w_1024\/v1516987096\/www.steelcase.com\/2018\/01\/26\/18-0099774.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Le changement de culture<\/h3>\n<p>En Chine et en Inde, les employ\u00e9s passent beaucoup moins de temps sur leur poste de travail principal que dans d\u2019autres pays.
