C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019une entreprise devient plus agile et qu\u2019elle est capable de d\u00e9tecter et de saisir les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Les managers avaient l\u2019habitude de distiller de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et des ressources pour stimuler l\u2019optimisation. Aujourd\u2019hui, leur r\u00f4le est d\u2019\u00e9couter, de coacher et d\u2019encourager les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision \u00bb, explique Jim Keane.<\/p>\n<p>Le LINC a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour renforcer cette philosophie. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction se trouve dans un espace ouvert, pr\u00e8s du WorkCaf\u00e9 o\u00f9 les individus passent et se r\u00e9unissent souvent. Les managers sont ainsi visibles et accessibles aux employ\u00e9s et aux visiteurs, et encouragent les conversations informelles et spontan\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pull-quote pull-quote-center \"><p>\u00ab L\u2019innovation est aussi physique que mentale. Nous souhaitons inciter nos clients \u00e0 utiliser leur espace de travail de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 atteindre leur objectif et \u00e0 aligner leur strat\u00e9gie, leur marque et leur culture \u00bb, explique Gale Moutrey, vicepr\u00e9sidente mondiale de la communication.<\/p>\n<p>La structure \u00e9veille la curiosit\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses fa\u00e7ades en verre, on voit comment les employ\u00e9s y travaillent avant m\u00eame d\u2019avoir franchi le seuil. On se fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une id\u00e9e de\u00a0l\u2019entreprise. Le hall ne poss\u00e8de pas d\u2019accueil officiel mais diff\u00e9rentes options de si\u00e8ges pour une br\u00e8ve conversation ou un interlude intentionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a un concierge, en cas de besoin, et l\u2019escalier ouvert invite les visiteurs \u00e0 s\u2019installer au WorkCaf\u00e9 et \u00e0 explorer les \u00e9tages. Les visiteurs et les employ\u00e9s peuvent se m\u00ealer les uns aux autres et interagir librement, ce qui donne aux visiteurs l\u2019occasion de voir comment les individus travaillent ici.
