Il rassemble des \u00e9quipes transversales pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment r\u00e9parties en Europe, au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique (EMEA). En outre, les managers occupent une zone au sein du LINC, ce qui les rend plus accessibles et leur permet de participer \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution cr\u00e9ative de probl\u00e8mes et de contribuer ainsi \u00e0 construire une communaut\u00e9 plus soud\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Destin\u00e9 \u00e0 servir de catalyseur du changement, son design repose sur le principe que l\u2019apprentissage rapide, le travail cr\u00e9atif et les \u00e9quipes agiles sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs de l\u2019innovation et que l\u2019espace de travail peut promouvoir et favoriser ce type d\u2019activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pull-quote pull-quote-center \"><p>\u00ab Les comportements changent en m\u00eame temps que les mentalit\u00e9s \u00e0 travers l\u2019exp\u00e9rience que les employ\u00e9s ont au travail \u00bb<\/p><cite>Laurent Bernard<span>vice-pr\u00e9sident mondial du management des talents chez Steelcase.<\/span><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<p>L\u2019apprentissage \u00e9tait fondamental pour r\u00e9aliser le changement de mentalit\u00e9 que l\u2019entreprise recherchait. L\u2019apprentissage a lieu partout<\/strong><br \/>\nIl n\u2019est pas limit\u00e9 \u00e0 une salle de classe. Lorsque le travail est transparent et que les personnes sont accessibles, les employ\u00e9s peuvent assister \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes et apprendre en regardant et en participant au processus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. C\u2019est une exp\u00e9rience continue<\/strong><br \/>\nPlut\u00f4t que d\u2019apprendre de mani\u00e8re \u00e9pisodique, comme par exemple assister \u00e0 une conf\u00e9rence ou \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance de formation (qui sont utiles), il s\u2019agit davantage d\u2019instaurer une culture qui encourage l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation et l\u2019\u00e9valuation continue \u2014sans sanction pour ceux qui prennent des risques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Tous enseignants. Tous apprenants.<\/strong><br \/>\nLes formateurs, les cadres et les employ\u00e9s de longue date ne sont pas les seuls \u00e0 pouvoir distiller leurs connaissances. Les id\u00e9es et exp\u00e9riences peuvent \u00eatre partag\u00e9es par tous. Et c\u2019est ce qu\u2019il advient lorsque la culture encourage l\u2019humilit\u00e9 en permettant \u00e0 un individu d\u2019admettre de ne pas avoir toutes les r\u00e9ponses et en restant ouvert \u00e0 de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de penser.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab \u00catre une organisation apprenante, c\u2019est se concentrer sur le dialogue, les talents et l\u2019id\u00e9e que tout le monde peut apporter sa contribution \u00bb, explique Laurent Bernard. \u00ab Les managers ne prennent pas toutes les d\u00e9cisions importantes seuls sur des projets et sur la direction \u00e0 donner \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise.
