Elle est d\u00e9pendante des interactions humaines, de l\u2019exploration et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation. Cela signifie que les espaces qui rassemblent les individus, physiquement et virtuellement, sont essentiels pour innover.\u00a0\u00bb <\/p><cite>James Ludwig<span>vice-pr\u00e9sident, directeur du global design et de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie produits <\/span><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<p>Chez Steelcase, tous nos espaces sont des prototypes, des exp\u00e9riences dans lesquels nous mettons en \u0153uvre nos id\u00e9es, pour savoir ce qui fonctionne et ce qui ne fonctionne pas et continuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer notre connaissance de l\u2019espace. Le Learning and Innovation Center \u00e0 Grand Rapids aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ouvert en 2012, nous a ainsi offert de pr\u00e9cieux enseignements. Son homologue munichois est une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans notre exploration de l\u2019espace physique et des technologies comme support \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion cr\u00e9ative.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/steelcase-res.cloudinary.com\/image\/upload\/c_limit,dpr_auto,q_70,h_1024,w_1024\/v1510030611\/www.steelcase.com\/2017\/11\/07\/17-0087439.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Parmi d\u2019autres missions, le LINC a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour accompagner le passage d\u2019une culture o\u00f9 le lieu de travail est \u00ab\u00a0un bureau\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 une culture o\u00f9 il est per\u00e7u comme un \u00ab\u00a0studio de cr\u00e9ation\u00a0\u00bb. Il fallait pour cela cr\u00e9er des conditions pour que les \u00e9quipes, qu\u2019elles soient sur place ou diss\u00e9min\u00e9es, puissent facilement mettre en pratique de nouvelles id\u00e9es mais aussi se d\u00e9placer et rester impliqu\u00e9es. Nous avons par cons\u00e9quent d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un environnement agile capable d\u2019accueillir toutes les \u00e9tapes du processus cr\u00e9atif\u00a0: concentration, collaboration en petits et grands groupes, cocr\u00e9ation, formation, respiration et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Le design thinking et la collaboration cr\u00e9ative doivent aussi \u00eatre encourag\u00e9s. Ils doivent \u00eatre convaincus que l\u2019\u00e9chec est accept\u00e9 comme faisant partie int\u00e9grante du processus d\u2019apprentissage.
