Son expertise a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 profit dans la constitution d\u2019un projet efficace et intelligent pour le Learning and Innovation Center (LINC) \u00e0 Munich.<\/p>\n<div class=\"social-embed-container video-container\">\n<p class=\"post-video\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"vex-video vex-open has-button\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi\/P4bO9H7pMq4\/maxresdefault.jpg\" alt=\"LINC Findings\" class=\"video-thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"play-video\" src=\"https:\/\/dumy1g3ng547g.cloudfront.net\/content\/themes\/steelcase\/img\/play.png\" alt=\"Regarder la video\"><\/button><script type=\"text\/html\"><\/p>\n<header>LINC Findings<\/header>\n<div class=\"content-well\">\n<div class=\"video-wrap\"><iframe \n\t\t\t\t\t\twidth=\"700\" \n\t\t\t\t\t\theight=\"400\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P4bO9H7pMq4\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/script><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe a collabor\u00e9 avec des sp\u00e9cialistes de diff\u00e9rentes disciplines bas\u00e9s \u00e0 Rosenheim et \u00e0 Strasbourg, en analysant leurs exp\u00e9riences actuelles \u00e0 travers le prisme de l\u2019espace, de la culture et de la technologie. Ce chantier a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 avec\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une \u00e9valuation en profondeur de la culture\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>des \u00e9tudes de l\u2019espace de travail\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>des observations de terrain\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>des analyses de l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019espace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ces explorations ont mis au jour plusieurs opportunit\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Les employ\u00e9s ont soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la collaboration et d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019ils passaient pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 de leur temps \u00e0 travailler avec d\u2019autres, y compris de fa\u00e7on virtuelle (22\u00a0%).<\/li>\n<li>Mais moins de la moiti\u00e9 (40\u00a0%) ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leur espace de travail nourrissait la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation, encourageait l\u2019apprentissage et la prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n<li>La plupart ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019ils d\u00e9siraient plus d\u2019autonomie dans la prise de d\u00e9cision et dans la mise en pratique de leurs id\u00e9es afin de r\u00e9pondre plus rapidement aux d\u00e9fis et aux opportunit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Afin de pr\u00e9parer le changement, les collaborateurs de tous les \u00e9chelons de l\u2019entreprise ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 des ateliers o\u00f9 ils ont activement cocr\u00e9\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience de travail id\u00e9ale gr\u00e2ce aux m\u00e9thodes et aux outils exclusifs de l\u2019\u00e9quipe ARC. En petits groupes, ils se sont interrog\u00e9s sur le besoin individuel de mieux conna\u00eetre les priorit\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise et sur les moyens que celle-ci a \u00e0 sa disposition pour combler ses lacunes. En effet, impliquer les collaborateurs les invite \u00e0 accueillir positivement le changement.
