D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019institut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/237059\/employee-burnout-part-main-causes.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gallup<\/a>, pas moins des deux tiers des employ\u00e9s travaillant \u00e0 plein temps sont victimes de <a href=\"https:\/\/icd.who.int\/browse11\/l-m\/en#\/http:\/\/id.who.int\/icd\/entity\/129180281\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">burn-out<\/a>. Pour l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la Sant\u00e9, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un probl\u00e8me majeur \u00ab li\u00e9 \u00e0 un stress chronique au travail n&#8217;ayant pas fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une prise en charge ad\u00e9quate \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le march\u00e9 du travail international est plus tendu qu\u2019il ne l\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 depuis plusieurs d\u00e9cennies, les employ\u00e9s pouvant ainsi se permettre d\u2019\u00eatre beaucoup plus s\u00e9lectifs que par le pass\u00e9 dans le choix de leur poste. C\u2019est notamment le cas pour les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y, qui constituent d\u00e9sormais la majeure partie de la population active.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33340\" aria-labelledby=\"figcaption_attachment_33340\" class=\"wp-image wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 1024px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-26614\" src=\"https:\/\/steelcase-res.cloudinary.com\/image\/upload\/c_limit,dpr_auto,q_70,h_1024,w_1024\/v1563180522\/www.steelcase.com\/eu-en\/2019\/07\/15\/19-0124345.jpg\" alt=\"Wellbeing Through Workplace Design\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/><figcaption id=\"figcaption_attachment_33340\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dv-architekturfotografie.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a9 Daniel Vieser\/Architectural Photography\/Karlsruhe, Germany<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ces individus ont des attentes diff\u00e9rentes de celles de leurs a\u00een\u00e9s, et ils se montrent beaucoup moins fid\u00e8les \u00e0 leurs employeurs : d\u2019apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Deloitte, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2018 aupr\u00e8s d\u2019employ\u00e9s de 36 pays, 43 % des membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y envisagent de quitter leur poste dans les deux ans.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019est donc gu\u00e8re surprenant que tant d\u2019employeurs, d\u00e9\u00e7us par le succ\u00e8s mitig\u00e9 des diverses initiatives men\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, soient pr\u00eats \u00e0 repenser totalement leur vision du bien-\u00eatre au travail. Ils s\u2019int\u00e9ressent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 une approche holistique englobant non seulement divers services et avantages, mais aussi la conception des espaces.<\/p>\n<h3>Une culture du bien-\u00eatre<\/h3>\n<p>Le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la croissance et du succ\u00e8s de Boehringer Ingelheim, g\u00e9ant de l\u2019industrie pharmaceutique fond\u00e9 il y a plus de 130 ans par Albert\u00a0Boehringer. Aujourd\u2019hui, forte de 50 000 employ\u00e9s r\u00e9partis sur plus de 180 sites en Europe, en Am\u00e9rique et en Asie, l\u2019entreprise promeut toujours une culture ax\u00e9e sur la prise en compte des besoins des individus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons \u00e0 c\u0153ur de favoriser la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation, indique Hagen M\u00f6rbel, qui a r\u00e9cemment dirig\u00e9 le projet d\u2019ouverture d\u2019un nouvel espace de travail \u00e0 Biberach (Allemagne). Lorsque les individus se sentent bien au sein de leur environnement, ils travaillent plus efficacement \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La structure, inaugur\u00e9e en 2018, est le plus vaste site de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019entreprise dans le monde. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9e et con\u00e7ue comme un espace agile au service de la collaboration et de l\u2019innovation. Lors de sa cr\u00e9ation, les bureaux priv\u00e9s, traditionnels en Allemagne, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9s par un espace ouvert partag\u00e9 portant la marque du \u00ab smart design \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Un design centr\u00e9 sur l\u2019utilisateur<\/h3>\n<p>Si cet espace est si r\u00e9ussi, c\u2019est notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019implication des employ\u00e9s dans sa conception. Ces derniers souhaitaient non seulement pouvoir collaborer plus facilement, mais aussi disposer d\u2019espaces tranquilles et prot\u00e9g\u00e9s o\u00f9 s\u2019isoler en cas de besoin.<br \/>\n<blockquote class=\"pull-quote pull-quote-center \"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00ab Du fait de sa complexit\u00e9 croissante, le travail demande beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie aux employ\u00e9s. Mais cet espace a un effet dynamisant. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><cite>Hagen M\u00f6rbel<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/p>\n<p>Selon Hagen M\u00f6rbel, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les Europ\u00e9ens sont plus r\u00e9fractaires que les Am\u00e9ricains aux vastes open spaces. Cette diff\u00e9rence culturelle a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le dans la d\u00e9cision de cr\u00e9er des zones limit\u00e9es \u00e0 12-40 personnes au sein du nouveau b\u00e2timent de Biberach.<\/p>\n<p>Les designers ont \u00e9galement souhait\u00e9 \u00e9viter les espaces ternes, standardis\u00e9s et peu inspirants. Il \u00e9tait en effet essentiel de renforcer le sentiment d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise des 800\u00a0personnes transf\u00e9r\u00e9es de leurs bureaux priv\u00e9s vers le nouveau b\u00e2timent. Nous nous sommes entour\u00e9s d\u2019images famili\u00e8res, ce qui aide les individus \u00e0 s\u2019identifier \u00e0 leur espace de travail. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon le chef de projet, la valeur du nouveau b\u00e2timent ne se limite pas \u00e0 son esth\u00e9tique : \u00ab Il stimule la performance. Mais cet espace a un effet dynamisant.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le bien-\u00eatre au travail est un objectif atteignable d\u00e8s lors que les organisations se d\u00e9tournent des initiatives cibl\u00e9es visant exclusivement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts ou \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9. C\u2019est pourquoi un nombre croissant d\u2019entreprises adoptent d\u00e9sormais une vision globale leur permettant de cr\u00e9er davantage de valeur en prenant soin de leurs employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Leur r\u00e9compense ?
