Aujourd\u2019hui, \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 entrer dans la vie active et o\u00f9 la guerre des talents obs\u00e8de les dirigeants, une question se pose : comment les employ\u00e9s de demain se repr\u00e9sentent-ils le futur monde du travail ?<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises du monde entier n\u2019ont pas simplement pour objectif d\u2019attirer les collaborateurs les plus performants ; elles entendent aussi les fid\u00e9liser. La <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/epsc\/publications\/strategic-notes\/future-work_en#h-1-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recherche<\/a> montre que les sch\u00e9mas de carri\u00e8re \u00e9voluent : l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, en France, 20 % des individus d\u00e9claraient vouloir garder le m\u00eame employeur toute leur vie, contre 30 % deux ans auparavant. En Allemagne, ce chiffre est pass\u00e9 de 40 \u00e0 25 %, soit un recul de 15 %.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s lors, \u00e0 quoi aspire vraiment la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ? Et comment l\u2019espace de travail peut-il r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ses attentes ?<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce que 23 \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie de la Mode et du Design de Hambourg ont tent\u00e9 de d\u00e9finir. Dans le cadre d\u2019une initiative men\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/ait-xia-dialog.de\/ait-dialog-print-kategorie\/ait-dialog-magazin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AIT-Dialog<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.b-k-i.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019agence d\u2019architecture d\u2019int\u00e9rieur brandherm + krumrey<\/a> et Steelcase, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9s de conceptualiser l\u2019avenir du travail et d\u2019en \u00e9laborer une vision commune.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPES DIRECTEURS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au cours d\u2019une s\u00e9rie d\u2019ateliers, les \u00e9tudiants ont d\u00e9fini les grands principes sur lesquels repose leur vision du travail de demain :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexibilit\u00e9 et libert\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, divertissement et bien-\u00eatre<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9quilibre vie professionnelle \/ vie priv\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9changer avec les leaders et les coll\u00e8gues d\u2019autres disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Autonomie au sein des structures existantes<\/li>\n<li>Tol\u00e9rance et ouverture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CONCEPT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une fois ces grands principes \u00e9tablis, les \u00e9tudiants se sont attel\u00e9s \u00e0 la t\u00e2che.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux diff\u00e9rentes zones qui structurent nos journ\u00e9es et \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont elles \u00e9voluent, explique Pia Schwarz, membre du projet. Ces trois zones \u2013 la maison, le bureau et la zone libre \u2013 rev\u00eatent la m\u00eame importance \u00e0 nos yeux, c\u2019est pourquoi nous leur avons attribu\u00e9 des dimensions \u00e9quivalentes. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants se sont projet\u00e9s dans un monde o\u00f9 les modes et les espaces de travail s\u2019inspirent de la vie quotidienne. Leur concept final, baptis\u00e9 \u00ab Work to go \u00bb, combine trois aires ind\u00e9pendantes \u2013 le \u00ab bureau \u00bb, la \u00ab maison \u00bb et la \u00ab zone libre \u00bb \u2013 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des espaces flexibles permettant aux employ\u00e9s de choisir o\u00f9 et comment travailler. Ils ont en outre install\u00e9 des outils num\u00e9riques et analogiques dans les quatre zones afin de favoriser le travail individuel, l\u2019apprentissage et les \u00e9changes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous voulons pouvoir travailler n\u2019importe o\u00f9 et int\u00e9grer notre vie de famille \u00e0 notre vie professionnelle, indique Nicola Voss, participante au projet. La communication est \u00e9galement indispensable au partage et \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>DU CONCEPT \u00c0 LA CR\u00c9ATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Afin de donner vie \u00e0 leur projet, les \u00e9tudiants ont collabor\u00e9 avec<br \/>\nAnja Rosenberg, architecte d\u2019int\u00e9rieur de brandherm + krumrey, AIT Dialog et Joachim M\u00fceller Wedekind, de Steelcase, dans le cadre d\u2019Orgatec, un salon international organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Cologne tous les deux ans.<\/p>\n<p>Voici un aper\u00e7u de leur travail :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-22286 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/steelcase-res.cloudinary.com\/image\/upload\/c_limit,dpr_auto,q_70,h_1024,w_1024\/v1552579891\/www.steelcase.com\/eu-en\/2019\/03\/14\/19-0117711.jpg\" alt=\"Work To Go\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bureau<\/strong><br \/>\nIci, les ma\u00eetres mots sont communication, structure, information et concentration. Assis sur des tabourets dispos\u00e9s librement, les employ\u00e9s peuvent se retrouver dans le cadre d\u2019ateliers ou de rencontres informelles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le stand \u00ab Work to go \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019un des plus fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s lors de l\u2019\u00e9dition 2018 d\u2019Orgatec.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons re\u00e7u de nombreux retours positifs, se r\u00e9jouit Anja Rosenberg.
