Voil\u00e0 une question qui, depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, pr\u00e9occupe les m\u00e9dias mais aussi les dirigeants d\u2019entreprises, qui continuent \u00e0 investir massivement dans le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de leurs locaux pour mieux accompagner leurs employ\u00e9s aux modes de travail d\u00e9sormais si diff\u00e9rents. Parmi les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever : l\u2019essor du travail distribu\u00e9 et son impact sur les cultures d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-118289 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/images.steelcase.com\/image\/upload\/c_limit,dpr_auto,q_70,h_1024,w_1024\/v1724078870\/24-0228946.jpg\" alt=\"Lounge Open space in gray and beige tones\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Les multinationales doivent aider leurs employ\u00e9s \u00e0 mieux cerner l\u2019entreprise et la culture \u00e0 laquelle ils appartiennent, explique Lalit Ahuja, fondateur et CEO de ANSR. Elles doivent imp\u00e9rativement faire de leur identit\u00e9 et de leur culture une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 tangible pour leurs \u00e9quipes distribu\u00e9es dans le monde entier. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Lalit Ahuja accompagne depuis 17 ans la transformation num\u00e9rique de multinationales en constituant des \u00e9quipes de conception logicielles dans des r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 les talents sont nombreux, comme en Inde. ANSR (prononc\u00e9 answer,<br \/>\n\u00ab r\u00e9ponse \u00bb en anglais) propose de la gestion de talents, du support op\u00e9rationnel et des solutions immobili\u00e8res pour simplifier la constitution et la gestion d\u2019\u00e9quipes distribu\u00e9es internationalement. L\u2019entreprise a ouvert plus de 100 sites pour des groupes tels que Target, Wells Fargo, PepsiCo, FedEx, Lowes, 3M ou encore Delta Airlines. Tous \u00e9taient confront\u00e9s \u00e0 un processus de transformation et cherchaient \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur vivier de talents IT en interne.<\/p>\n<h3>Concr\u00e9tiser l\u2019id\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019entrepreneur indien estime que pour les entreprises de cet acabit, les bureaux sont encore plus importants aujourd\u2019hui qu\u2019hier, car ils doivent compenser tout ce que l\u2019on perd avec le travail distribu\u00e9. \u00ab O\u00f9 que se trouvent les employ\u00e9s, ils doivent se sentir partie int\u00e9grante de l\u2019entreprise. Et pour cela, il faut que leur environnement de travail refl\u00e8te la culture commune, d\u00e9veloppe-t-il. Impossible pour Target ou Delta Airlines d\u2019\u00eatre les entreprises que l\u2019on conna\u00eet si les employ\u00e9s ne se sentent pas concern\u00e9s par leurs cultures. C\u2019est le r\u00f4le le plus important des bureaux de nos jours. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Les espaces de travail doivent rendre concret le domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les employ\u00e9s soient influenc\u00e9s par sa mission et se sentent fiers d\u2019incarner dans l\u2019environnement de travail sa culture, ses valeurs, ses produits et services, sa client\u00e8le. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>ANSR a r\u00e9cemment ouvert \u00e0 Bangalore son nouvel Experience Center, o\u00f9 les entreprises peuvent tester diff\u00e9rentes configurations pour faire de leurs locaux le support de leur culture. Lalit Ahuja le compare \u00e0 un magasin de meubles, o\u00f9 le client peut se faire une id\u00e9e du bureau qu\u2019il aimerait.<\/p>\n<h3>Une source d\u2019inspiration<\/h3>\n<p>Si les employ\u00e9s se d\u00e9placent au bureau, c\u2019est pour travailler \u00e0 plusieurs, apprendre, tisser des liens, c\u00e9l\u00e9brer les succ\u00e8s&#8230; Ils doivent absolument y trouver les espaces et les \u00e9quipements adapt\u00e9s, insiste Lalit Ahuja. Caf\u00e9 proposant une nourriture saine, lounges, salles de formation, de r\u00e9unions ou de bien-\u00eatre (salle de lactation pour les jeunes m\u00e8res, centres m\u00e9dicaux o\u00f9 recevoir les premiers soins&#8230;), salles de sport&#8230; Tous ces lieux sont de plus en plus importants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous observons une corr\u00e9lation directe entre l\u2019engagement, la r\u00e9tention des talents, la productivit\u00e9 et l\u2019inspiration que les employ\u00e9s puisent dans les espaces de travail. Les bureaux doivent \u00eatre des lieux d\u2019immersion, d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation. Les entreprises doivent redoubler d\u2019efforts pour cr\u00e9er des espaces de travail inspirants. Elles ne doivent pas l\u00e9siner.
