RoomWizard II is a web-based room scheduling system that solves the dilemma of connecting workers to meeting spaces. It offers an interactive touch screen display providing real-time meeting information, right outside the room. The red and green status lights display availability of the space.

A SMARTER WAY TO MANAGE SPACE AND TIME

RoomWizard meeting room scheduling system keeps track of space utilization with the Analytics Console that measures and reports reservation patterns. For simple management of the system, the Administrative Console allows the system managers to configure, update, and monitor all of their RoomWizard from a single interface.

  •  Use RoomWizard as a stand-alone system, or seamlessly book rooms with an existing reservation system such as Microsoft® Outlook® and Office 365 IBM® Notes®, Google Calendar® or other software systems
  • Built-in web server allows users to find and reserve a room from any network PC
  • 7″ capacitive touch screen – adjust room reservation or grab a room for an impromptu meeting
  • Touchscreen using antimicrobial Glass Corning® Gorilla®  which is not only antimicrobial but also very scratch resistant.
  • Red and green LED lights show availability of rooms.
  • Start button – automatically release a room if occupants do not show up
  • Customization – Buttons on touchscreen can be disabled and customizable logo can be added
  • Warranty – 3 years (including the touch screen) with an option for 5 years
