{"id":24108,"date":"2021-11-24T10:50:33","date_gmt":"2021-11-24T02:50:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.steelcase.com\/asia-zh\/?p=24108"},"modified":"2024-02-09T17:05:37","modified_gmt":"2024-02-09T09:05:37","slug":"blueprint-inclusive-workplaces-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.steelcase.com\/asia-zh\/research\/articles\/topics\/people-planet\/blueprint-inclusive-workplaces-future\/","title":{"rendered":"\u672a\u6765\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u84dd\u56fe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u4eba\u4eec\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3001\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u5730\u70b9\u6b63\u5728\u8fc5\u901f\u5730\u6539\u53d8\u3002\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u9700\u8981\u7528\u968f\u673a\u5e94\u53d8\u3001\u4ee5\u4eba\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e14\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5c06\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u7ea2\u5229\u4e0e\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u624d\u80fd\u7ed3\u5408\u8d77\u6765\u3002Steelcase\u643a\u624bG3ict (Global Initiative for Inclusive Information and Communication Technologies)\uff0c\u5c55\u5f00\u4e86\u5b9a\u91cf\u4e14\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u52fe\u7ed8\u51fa\u672a\u6765\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u84dd\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u8fd9\u5e45\u84dd\u56fe\u65e2\u662f\u5bf9\u672a\u6765\u7684\u5c55\u671b\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u642d\u5efa\u8d77\u5171\u8bc6\u7684\u57fa\u77f3\uff0c\u53bb\u6307\u5bfc\u5982\u4f55\u6253\u9020\u5168\u7403\u7684\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u201dSteelcase\u793e\u4f1a\u521b\u65b0\u526f\u603b\u88c1Kim Dabbs\u8bf4\u9053\uff0c\u201d\u6211\u4eec\u4e0eG3ict\u643a\u624b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u53f7\u53ec\u5404\u4f4d\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u8005\u53c2\u4e0e\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u603b\u7ed3\u51fa\u4e00\u4e9b\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u671f\u671b\u80fd\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u6253\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u5177\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u3001\u66f4\u5177\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3001\u66f4\u5177\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u201c<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u9605\u8bfb\u5b8c\u6574\u62a5\u544a<\/h3>\n<p>\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63a2\u7d22\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e8e\u672a\u6765\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u53d1\u73b0\u548c\u6d1e\u5bdf\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button-dark\" href=\"https:\/\/www.steelcase.com\/asia-zh\/resources\/documents\/blueprint-inclusive-workplaces-future-pdf-cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u73b0\u5728\u4e0b\u8f7d<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW82841650 BCX0\">\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u6b8b\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u5176\u7126\u70b9\u5728\u4e8e\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5305\u5bb9\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u84dd\u56fe\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b8b\u969c\u610f\u6307\u201d \u80a2\u4f53\u3001\u7cbe\u795e\u3001\u667a\u529b\u6216\u611f\u5b98\u6709\u957f\u671f\u635f\u4f24\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u635f\u4f24\u4e0e\u5404\u79cd\u969c\u788d\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u963b\u788d\u6b8b\u75be\u4eba\u5728\u4e0e\u4ed6\u4eba\u5e73\u7b49\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u5145\u5206\u548c\u5207\u5b9e\u5730\u53c2\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u3002\u201c[i]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u6b8b\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\u793e\u7fa4\u5355\u6307\u4eba\u53e3\u7edf\u8ba1\u4e2d\u5728\u5e74\u9f84\u3001\u6b8b\u969c\u7c7b\u578b\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u72b6\u51b5\u3001\u53d7\u6559\u80b2\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3001\u6c11\u65cf\u3001\u6027\u522b\u8ba4\u540c\u53ca\u79cd\u65cf\u7b49\u4ee3\u8868\u591a\u6837\u5316\u5404\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5408\u96c6\u3002[ii] \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\u6b8b\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\u5728\u75ab\u60c5\u4e2d\u6240\u53d7\u7684\u6253\u51fb\u5c24\u751a\u4e8e\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4eba\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u4e94\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u6b8b\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\u5728\u75ab\u60c5\u521d\u671f\u5c31\u4e22\u4e86\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u800c\u957f\u671f\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u6b64\u4e2d\u7684\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u6027\u5c06\u6108\u6f14\u6108\u70c8\u3002[iii][iv]<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u6587\u732e\u7efc\u8ff0\u3001\u4e00\u4efd\u5168\u7403\u8c03\u7814\u3001\u4e0e\u8d44\u6df1\u4e13\u5bb6\u6240\u5c55\u5f00\u7684\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u4ee5\u4eba\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e3b\u9898\u5706\u684c\u8ba8\u8bba\u4f1a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2a\u4eba\u5b9a\u6027\u8bbf\u8c08\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5173\u952e\u53d1\u73b0\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4ec5\u670949%\u7684\u4eba\u8868\u793a\u5176\u884c\u4e1a\u5bf9\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u5171\u8bc6\uff08\u76f8\u8f83\u4e8e\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\uff0c\u5176\u5360\u6bd4\u5206\u522b\u4e3a64%\u548c53%)\u3002[v]<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u516c\u8ba4\u5bf9\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u6709\u51b3\u5b9a\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u4e09\u5927\u8981\u7d20\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>61%<\/strong> &#8211; \u5305\u542b\u6240\u6709\u804c\u80fd\u90e8\u95e8\u548c\u5c42\u7ea7\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u548c\u591a\u6837\u5316<\/li>\n<li><strong>45%<\/strong> &#8211; \u6613\u4e8e\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u548c\u7cfb\u7edf<\/li>\n<li><strong>45%<\/strong> &#8211; \u6613\u4e8e\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5b9e\u4f53\u7a7a\u95f4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u800c\u53d7\u8bbf\u7684\u6b8b\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\u5219\u628a\u6613\u4e8e\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6280\u672f\u548c\u7a7a\u95f4\u6392\u5728\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u4e4b\u524d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u4e2a\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u7684\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u6700\u660e\u663e\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u5728\u4e8e\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>80%<\/strong> &#8211;
