Terms and Conditions for Registrant to the Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops 2021-2022<\/a><\/h2>\n

  1. Steelcase Inc. (\u201cSteelcase\u201d) shall have no obligations, including confidentiality and non-use obligations, on information disclosed or received from a\u202fRegistrant\u202f(\u201cRegistrant\u201d) in relation to a\u202fsubmission\u202fto participate in this Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops.<\/li>\n
  2. Steelcase may use (including maintain, copy\/reproduce, disclose or provide to any third parties, disposal, hereinafter collectively \u201cUse\u201d) the information provided by\u202fthe\u202fregistrant.\u202fThe\u202fRegistrant\u202fhereby represents and warrants that it has a right and authorization by its organization to register for the Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops and to accept these\u202fterms and conditions, and that\u202fRegistrant\u2019s disclosure of information to Steelcase, and Steelcase\u2019s use of the information shall not\u202finfringe\u202fany intellectual property rights and any other rights of any third parties, including\u202fRegistrant\u2019s current or former employers or organizations.<\/li>\n
  3. The\u202fRegistrant\u202fhereby represents and warrants that, to the\u202fRegistrant\u2019s knowledge at the time of the\u202fRegistrant\u2019s disclosure of any information to Steelcase the information provided correctly reflects relevant facts, and there is no false statement or error in the information provided.<\/li>\n
  4. Registrant will be an individual in good standing with an education institution, either inside of the organization or working adjacent to education. The registrant must also be over the age of 18 in order to participate in recorded virtual workshops.<\/li>\n
  5. Steelcase agrees to comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding protection of personal information\u202fand to use personal information received from the\u202fRegistrant\u202fin relation to the application, such as\u202fRegistrant\u2019s name and address, solely for Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops and its business purposes in relation thereto.<\/li>\n
  6. The\u202fRegistrant\u202fagrees that any and all formal communication regarding Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops shall be made to the Social Innovations Team at\u202fimpact@steelcase.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  7. By participating, the registrant grants Steelcase the right to use images and information shared by or taken of Registrant during the Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops for any purpose in connection with promoting Steelcase Social Innovation and its activities, which may include program content, advertising, promotion, marketing before, during, or after the program.<\/li>\n
  8. When participating in Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops,\u202fRegistrant\u202fagrees that the purpose will be to apply the Open Innovation Methodology [link<\/a>] that requires open sharing of ideas or suggestions among\u202fRegistrant, Steelcase and other participants.\u202fRegistrant\u202ffurther agrees that Steelcase and other participants may use any ideas or suggestions made during the Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops without further obligation to\u202fRegistrant.<\/li>\n
  9. Registrant will be required to obtain and comply with usage policies for the relevant platform software used in Workshops. Registrant must also comply with online Workshops protocols during virtual sessions.<\/li>\n
  10. Registrant agrees to allow the recording of the online Workshops by Steelcase. Steelcase will be the only participant that records, and any recordings will be made for the purpose of allowing participants to stream the Workshops content outside of scheduled meeting times on a Steelcase controlled platform. The recordings will be made available throughout the entire Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops, and will be removed once Workshops are finished.<\/li>\n
  11. Registrant\u202fagrees to comply with relevant laws and regulations relevant to the country or countries in which they reside.<\/li>\n
  12. Registrant agrees to act in accordance with the Steelcase Core Values (i.e., act with integrity,\u202ftell the truth,\u202fkeep commitments,\u202ftreat people with dignity and\u202frespect,\u202fpromote positive\u202frelationships,\u202fprotect the environment,\u202fexcel)\u202fin the\u202fmanner in which\u202fthey\u202fengage and\u202fparticipate with others in the\u202fSteelcase Open Innovation Workshops.<\/li>\n
  13. If the Registrant does not comply with the Steelcase Core Values\u202fat any point during his or her\u202fparticipation with the Steelcase Open Innovation Workshops, Steelcase has the authority to remove the Registrant from further programming and disallow further consideration in the Fellowship Program.<\/li>\n
  14. If\u202fRegistrant\u202fchooses to participate in the application process for the Fellowship Program,\u202fRegistrant\u202fagrees to be bound by\u202fall\u202fthe prior terms and conditions related to the sharing and use of ideas by participants. Steelcase may reference and use\u202fRegistrant\u2019s\u202fpresentations, for promotion or for any relevant future work associated with Steelcase business activities.<\/li>\n
  15. The Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between the\u202fRegistrant\u202fand Steelcase with respect to Steelcase Open Innovations Workshops.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
