We have a passion for understanding what's happening in the workplace and how work is changing. We found that the best way to learn about the workplace is to study the ways people really work. Nothing is more interesting to us than digging deep and trying to figure out how space can make the work experience great (ok, we admit it, we're geeks when it comes to workplace issues).

We also collaborate with some really smart people at leading universities, think tanks, and an almost exhaustive range of businesses. We want to share with you what we're learning. And we want to learn together, with you, about the changes ahead for all of us.
