Our research into environments for discovery has helped us to understand your workplace and given us some ideas about how to connect wet labs, dry labs, offices – whatever is needed to help you innovate faster. Our observational techniques helped us to uncover distinct patterns in the way people work in bioscience organizations, and given us some insights into how we can help you create a space that maximizes the potential for scientific discovery.
